Updates require the full version be installed, updates only contain the updated files so do not uninstall, simply run the update.  PF-Diagnose is 32bit but should run on 64 bit systems as no errors were reported when scanned for 64 bit compatibility.  Please refer to the FAQ page for details

You do not need a new key if the first two numbers of your version matches this update (Primary Version)

Upgrade policy

Upgrades are free for 12 months, Any changes to the primary version requires a new key, if you qualify for a free upgrade, email for a new key, please include your transaction number and the title of the software for verification.

Service Packs are always free provided your primary version matches the product you purchased. for example, if you have version 1.1.0.0 any service packs starting with 1.1 are free for you and your key will work for this updated version IE: 1.1.3.566

Feature changes are indicated by a change in the Primary version and may be subject to an upgrade charge after the first 12 months IE: to go from 1.1.3.566 to 1.2.1.0 is considered a feature change and not a fix even if this new version addresses some previous issues as well as added features.
