Replacement Licenses are not free if you do not have a support and updates subscription. Although your license never expires, it is restricted to one PC only. If your PC has crashed or you are replacing it with a newer model, your license is not transferrable. With a Support Subscription we will log into your old PC and deactivate the license then transfer it to the new PC, without a support subscription the fees are listed below for replacement licenses.  Support Ticket Not Required

The adapters are drop-shipped from Dearborn via UPS.    We can not always guarantee same day shipping but will always ship next business day for in stock items. If you are a Canadian Customer, You may be charged HST at Customs, we have no control over this but will refund your HST if this happens.  We do not refund Brokerage Fees!  Simply pay the HST when you receive the package, Scan and email the Customs charges to us and we will refund 100% of the HST charged by Customs.

RETURN TO SENDER:  If your shipment gets returned due to incorrect addressing or recipient refusal, we will not refund or reship until we get the package back.  This could take 4-6 weeks on an RTS.  Be sure to give us the correct mailing address and make sure your staff is aware and can accept the package.
