We ship using Canada Post, Once shipped you will receive a tracking number, we do not have any more information than you so please be patient and allow for delays in customs or delays due to weather or holidays. 

 

If you wish Courier we use UPS or Purolator ONLY and added costs will apply, if you wish courier, please note the courier you wish in the message to seller box when checking out and we will bill you the added costs before shipping.

 

We have no control over the shipping once we deliver the package to the postal outlet or UPS Store.

 

RETURN TO SENDER:  If your shipment gets returned due to incorrect addressing or recipient refusal, we will not refund or reship until we get the package back.  This could take 4-6 weeks on an RTS.  Be sure to give us the correct mailing address and make sure your staff is aware and can accept the package.

 

ADAPTERS: Unfortunately we do not ship adapters or kits containing adapters outside Canada and the Continental USA,  If you are outside this area, we will provide you with a list of compatible adapters and web addresses that may ship to destinations outside North America.
